Ordering

Can I order online?

Yes. Choose your frame and lens options, add them to your cart and send us your prescription when you order.

Do you sell to individuals or only businesses?

Both. Individual workers can order directly, and employers can set up a workplace program for their team.

Can I try frames on first?

Yes. Book a fitting with a partner optometrist, or ask your employer about an on-site fitting day.

What do I need to order prescription safety glasses?

A current prescription and your pupillary distance (PD). If you don't have your PD, we can measure it at a fitting. Your prescription explained.

Which lens type should I choose?

Single vision suits most people. If you need help seeing up close as well as at a distance, look at bifocal or multifocal lenses. See the lens guide.

Can I get tinted prescription safety glasses?

Yes. Smoke, polarised and light-reactive options are available on selected frames.

What standard do your glasses meet?

Prescription eyewear is certified to AS/NZS 1337.6. Non-prescription eyewear is certified to AS/NZS 1337.1. Standards explained.

Can I put my own prescription lenses in a safety frame?

No. A certified prescription eye protector is assessed as a complete unit, so the lenses need to be made and fitted within the certification.

When should I replace my safety glasses?

After any impact, or when lenses are scratched, the frame is damaged or your prescription changes. Five signs it's time.

How do I set up a program?

Book a consultation and we'll talk through your sites, hazards, team size and budget. How programs work.

Can you come to our site?

Yes. We run on-site fitting days so your crew can be fitted without leaving work.

How long does delivery take?

Non-prescription items ship from stock. Prescription lenses are made to order first. See shipping & delivery.
